Description

Liptovska Anna 22 km from Demaenova: House, 2 storeys. Private: grounds with lawn 500 m2, patio, terrace. Grocers 200 m, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station Liptovsky Mikulas 19 km. On the skirts of the Chocske vrchy mountains, with the Velky Choc standing at 1611 m. Great starting point for excursions into the lower and higher Tatra. Malino Brdo, 15 km. Rohace, Jasna on the northern side of Chopok, 35 km. Swimming at Liptovska Mara, 3 km. Thermal baths at Besenova, 8 km. Liptovsky Jan, 30 km. Fireplace available. Parking with space for 3 cars on the private grounds.

4-room house 100 m2, nice furnishings: 1 room 14 m2, with 2 beds and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room 18 m2 (4 hotplates, micro wave) with swedish stove, dining table and satellite-TV, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms 13 m2, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room 14 m2, with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is an enclosed stove in the kitchen/living room. 1st floor with sloping ceilings.

Demaenová:
600 - 2024 m. Resort with 1000 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in Liptovský Mikulßs 2 km. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant. Indoor pool, thermal pool at 3 - 22 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

During summer time:
All watersports available in Liptovská Mara 5 km. Swimming pool 7 km. Water Park "Liptovská Mara" 8.5 km. Walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks. Chopok - Jasná at 12 km, Strbské pleso at 40 km, Zázrivá Poroba at 10 km.
