Nizna Boca 4 km from Maluzina: Chalet situated in the valley of Rova Hola, approx 1724 m above sea level. Chalet, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position. Private: grounds 1 ha, lawn sunning area 100 m2, patio. Motor access to the house, except in winter 800 m. Grocers, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 800 m. Fireplace on the grounds. Skiing region of Certovice, 11 km. Closest skiing at Vysna Boca with 2 runs of 700 m each of intermediate difficulty. Mountain lifts and artificial snow. Parking on open grounds belonging to the owner, 800 m.

3-room house 60 m2, rustic furnishings: living/dining room with TV, radio and DVD. Kitchen (4 hotplates). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed. Balcony 5 m2. View of the mountains. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is a typical, tiled stove in the living room.

Maluziná:
Resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in Liptovský Hrßdek 11 km. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant. Thermal pool at 18 km. Liptovský Mikulßs 25 km. Liptovský Jßn 15 km. Situated in Bocanska dolina, which belongs to the most famous Tatra mountains. The upper area of the valley is crowned by a 80 km large peak typical of the highest mountains. Excursions: Liptovky hradok with the Raiansanz castle, thermal baths at Liptovky Jan 18 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).
