Description
Cosy, comfortable house with 3 apartments, renovated in 2002, 4 km from the centre. For shared use: garden 200 m2 (fenced), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Grocers 50 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 4 km. Garden and terrace with garden furniture, swing, parasol. Separate entrance to the conservatory (15 m2) with Swedish stove, wood extra.

3-room house 65 m2, nice furnishings: living room 20 m2, with 1 sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom with winter garden, with open fireplace. 1 double bedroom, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates). Bath/WC. Terrace 5 m2. Reserved parking, fenced (2 cars). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. House suitable for even the most discerning client.

Vavrisovo:
Village with 600 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in Liptovský Hrßdok 4 km. Thermal pool at 7 - 27 km. Liptovský Mikulßs 12 km. Ideal starting point for summer and winter sports in Low and in High Tatra mountains as well. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

During summer time:
All watersports available in Liptovská Mara 19 km. Water Park "Liptovský Trnovec-Tatralandia" 14 km. Riding in Liptovský Ján 7 km. Fishing (permit required). Walking path, mountain walks. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Winter centers: Nizke Tatry Certovica 23 km, north side of Chopok - Jasna 28 km, south side of Chopok - Tale 47 km; Vysoke Tatry - Strbske pleso 32 km. Podbanske 11 km.
