Description
Situated in the Levocska Vrchovina highlands. Chalet, 2 storeys 3.8 km from the centre of Levoca, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge. Private: grounds 200 m2 with lawn, patio, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 600 m. Barbecue, parasol. Lake, 500 m by foot and 1 km with the car. Winter sports resort at Zavada, 5 km.

Housing:
3-room house 90 m2: 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchen-/living room (2 hotplates). Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor (steep stair): living room 30 m2, with open fireplace, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the garden. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Bordering the Levocska vrchovina Highlands.Barbecue area, sun shade, Lake 500 m by foot (1 km by car).Winter holiday resort centre Zavada 5 km. Tickets for fishing, shooting (extra).

Levoca:
City with 13000 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool, thermal pool at 11 - 16 km. Poprad 25 km. Situated on the upper valley of Levocska vrchovina. Enchanting town, important cultural centre. Worth to visit: the lovely square with 250 well kept village houses and the well known church of St Jakob (largest gotic altar and a mix of other works of art).One of the oldest pilgrimages. The region is most attractive for nature lovers: within 5 to 40 km there are hills, the Slovakian Paradise and the Tatra National Park. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

During summer time:
All watersports available in 3 km. Bathing lake, 3 km from the resort. Tennis (5 outdoor courts). Fishing (permit required). Walking path, mountain walks. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Ski region Levocská dolina, total of 3 lifts. 3 ski runs, total length 3 km. Ski school, childrens ski school. Cross country ski tracks. Ski bus. Further skiing: Závada at 9 km, Tatranská Lomnica at 60 km, Strbské Pleso at 50 km.
