Description
Chalet, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge. Private: grounds 2000 m2, patio, terrace, garden furniture. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station Tatranska Lomnica 16 km. Ski lift 500 m. House 1000 m above sea level, near property K5955/101, in Bachledova dolina, with wonderful views of Belianske Tatry. Bachledova dolina and Jezersko ski resorts 500 m. One of the garden sitting areas with fireplace, roof and lighting. Parking on the estate, 200 m from the house in winter (extra) (snow chains necessary).

Housing:
4-room house 80 m2: living/dining room with open fireplace, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite-TV, exit to the loggia. 1 room with 2 sofa beds, exit to the loggia. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. 1.Floor with sloping ceilings. Table tennis.

Zdiar:
Mountain village with 2000 inhabitants. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant. Indoor pool, thermal pool at 10 - 29 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 20 - 50 km. Poprad 36 km. This village is situated at the edge of the national park, 11 km from the border with Poland. At the foot of the Spisdska Magura and Belianske Tatry. Upper Tatra 16 km, Slovakie Paradise 60 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

During summer time:
Mountain walks, mountain tours, climbing. Mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Ski region Bachledova dolina 1.5 km. 9 drag lifts. Cross country ski tracks. Further skiing: Jezersko at 2 km, Tatranská Lomnica at 16 km, Strbské Pleso at 35 km.
