Cottage for 4 persons in Kezmarok (Slovakia)

Description
Detached house situated on the same estate as the owner (10 m away) on the outskirts Kez~marok, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the woods edge. For shared use: grounds 1000 m2. Private: garden, patio (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Grocers 50 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station Kez~marok 800 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Ski lift 300 m (artificial snow). Fountain and chimney in the garden.

Housing:
1-room house 35 m2: living/dining room 20 m2, with 4 beds and satellite-TV. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave) with bar. Shower/WC. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Kezmarok:
Historical city with 20000 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal pool at 6 km. Poprad 12 km. The City is surrounded by the high Tatra in the west, the Spisska Matura in the north and the Altuiras Lavaca in the east. Places of interest: evangelical church, old town hall, fortress with museum. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

Activities:
During summer time:
Bathing lake, 1.5 km from the resort. Canoeing. Paragliding. Walking path, mountain walks, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks. Tatranská Lomnica at 15 km, Starý Smokovec at 21 km, Strbské Pleso at 43 km.
