Description
Bansky Studenec 4 km from Banska Stiavnice: Chalet situated on the other side of the studentske-See. Simple chalet, on a slope, 200 m from the lake. Private: grounds 700 m2 (fenced), terrace (12 m2). Grocers 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 1 km. Sitting area with sea view, barbecue. Drinking water at 100 m.

Housing:
2-room house 40 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room 22 m2, with 1 double sofa bed and open fireplace. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (4 hotplates). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 12 m2, south-west facing position. View of the lake. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is a large glass wall with sea view in the living/dining room. No direct light in the double bedroom, which has access via the veranda. Kitchen (oven, heated bu solid fuel. Wash basin in the small corridor. The shower is in the basement and can be accessed from the garden. The furnishings are very basic and suitable for people interested in sports and who do not have many requirements.

Bánská Bystrica:
Historical city. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Bßnskß Bystrica 48 km. Bratislava 170 km. Situated in the Stiavnicke vrchy nature reserve, on the slopes of the Stiavnicke pohori mountain range, founded in 1075. Wonderful nature 10 km away: highest mountain Sitno (1009 m), Lake Pocuvalske jezero, Lake Richnavske, Lake Studentske, Lake Holsianske. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Sliac (SLD).
