Description
Lazisko 12 km from Damaenova: Holiday resort at the foot of the lower Tatras mountains. House, 2 storeys 10 km from the centre of Liptovsky Mikulas, directly by the woods edge. Private: patio, terrace. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Sitting area on small terrrace or under large trees, Fireplace.

3-room house 60 m2: living/dining room 16 m2, with open fireplace and radio. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 bed, exit to the loggia. 1 double bedroom with 1 bed, exit to the loggia. Reserved parking, fenced. North facing lodge and south facing lodge, 2 m2.

Demaenová:
600 - 2024 m. Resort with 1000 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in Liptovský Mikulßs 2 km. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant. Indoor pool, thermal pool at 3 - 22 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

Activities:
During summer time:
All watersports available in Liptovská Mara 5 km. Swimming pool 7 km. Water Park "Liptovská Mara" 8.5 km. Walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks. Chopok - Jasná at 12 km, Strbské pleso at 40 km, Zázrivá Poroba at 10 km.
