Smizany-Kosiarny br. 7 km from Spisske Nove Vsy: The property is part of national park Slovensky Raj, which is one of the most attractive natural beauties of Slovakia. There are touristic and cycling paths directly near the property. Nice chalet, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, in the green. For shared use: meadow. Private: garden 100 m2 with lawn and flowers, patio (50 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house. Parking, in the grounds. Shop 10 km, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 3 km. Swimming pool 7 km, thermal baths 15 km, tennis 7 km, ski runs 15 km. Parking on the enclosed grounds. 2 traditional tiled stoves for heating. Owneris willing to take responsibility for the heating. The owner occupies a small house on the grounds. Fireplace.

City. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool. Kezmarok 30 km. Levoca 17 km. Poprad 25 km. A village at the border of the Slovakia paradise Slovensky raj. 90% of the area is forest. There are also waterfalls, grottos, lots of plants and wild animals. Kezmarok is an historical town with wooden churches and a castle. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).
