Description
Zahajnica 31 km from Mlynky: Holiday property situated in an isolated position (1 other property nearby). Outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Nalepkovo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the woods edge, in the green. Private: grounds 1000 m2, garden with lawn 400 m2 flowers, terrace (8 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 500 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 25 km, tennis, mountain lift 7 km, skisport facilities 50 km, cross-country ski trail 10 km. Outdoor shower, swing. Extra: Angling 200m. Wood heating in all the rooms (Swedish stove). Camping toilet in the garden.

Housing:
4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, practical furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2, with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, dining table and satellite-TV, exit to the terrace south facing position. Kitchen (2 hotplates) with tiled stove. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 3 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Gallery 9 m2,, exit to the balcony south facing position. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Mlynky:
739 m. Old mountain village. All shops, restaurants etc. in Spisskß Novß Ves 23 km. Indoor pool at 26 km. Poprad 30 km. Situated on the south border of one of the most beautiful places in Slovakia, Sloveny Raj (Slovakia Paradise). For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

Bathing lake, 2 km from the resort. Walking path. Bicycles paths. Dobsinka ladova Jeskyne (ice grotto) 9.5 km. Nationalpark Slovensky raj 2.5 km.Vysoke Tatry (Upper Tatra) 67 km.
During winter time:
Ski region Mlynky - Biele Vody. 7 drag lifts. Cross country ski tracks.
