Description
Selec 15 km from Trencina: 1000 inhabitants, situated in the valley of Selec, below the nature reserve of Povazsky Inovec (1041m in altitude). House in the resort with closed gardens and small lake. In a sunny position. Private: garden 80 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants and flowers. Motor access to the house. Shop 100 m, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 150 m. Terrace 30m2, barbeque, sand pit, parking on the grounds.

Housing:
2-room house 35 m2, renovated in 2001, nice and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room 20 m2, with 2 beds, bar, cable-TV and radio. 1 room 7 m2, with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Trencín:
211 m. Large, well-known, historical city with 57000 inhabitants. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal pool, wellness centre, health cures at 15 km. Access: motorway D1 Zilin - Bratislava, exit number Trencin. The town is situated in the south west district of Bile Karpaty (natural border between Slovakia and the Czech Republic) and has an 11th century castle Trencin. Possible excursions (max. 55 km): Thermal towns Trencianske Teplice, Bojnice with zoo and world famous castle, ruins Beckov; Bad Piestany. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Uherske Hradiste (UHE), Piestany (PZY).
