Description
New, rustic chalet, 2 storeys, built in 2001, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake, in the green. Private: grounds 135 m2, terrace (7 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 800 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station Tvrdosin 20 km. Tennis 200 m. Barbeque, small garden. Near 5 other holiday houses. 200 m riding school.

Housing:
6-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, nice and rustic furnishings: living/dining room 35 m2, with open fireplace, TV and radio, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds, exit to the loggia. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 3 beds. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The whole house is made of timber.

Námestovo-Oravská Prehr.:
City directly by the lake. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Dolný Kubín 30 km. Vrßtnß Dolina 60 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Zilina (ILZ).

Activities:
During summer time:
All watersports available in Oravská prehrada. Swimming pool. Tennis (6 outdoor courts). Walking path, mountain walks. Bicycles paths.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Zuberec at 35 km. Lokca (1 run 400 m), 5 km; Oravska Polhora (1 run 600 m), 15 km.
