Description
Dolna Plesiva 3 km from Zazrive: New, nice, cosy country house, 2 storeys, built in 2002, above Zazrivou, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the woods edge, in the green. Private: garden 300 m2 with lawn 300 m2, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers, shopping centre, restaurant, bus stop 3 km. Indoor swimming pool, tennis 20 km, sports centre 18 km, ski lift 5 km. Drinking water at the fountain (100 m).

Housing:
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, nice and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2, with satellite-TV, radio and wood burning oven. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Box-room. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Zázrivá:
Large resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool at 15 km. Zilina 35 km. Dolný Kubín 28 km. This popular relaxation centre is starting point for tourists to the Mala Fatra national park. The local architecture is particularly popular. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Zilina (ILZ).

Activities:
During summer time:
Swimming pool 28 km. Walking path. Bicycles paths.
During winter time:
Cross country ski tracks. Vratná Dolina at 15 km, Kubínské hole at 22 km, Malá Lucivná at 6 km.
