Description
Comfortable chalet situated on a heath with other 3 houses. Cosy chalet, 2 storeys, renovated in 2003, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Vysne Ruzbachy, in the woods. Private: lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house, except in winter 30 m (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 1.2 km, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 600 m, tennis 900 m, riding stables 600 m, ski lift, ski school 2.6 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m.

5-room house 75 m2: 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 sleeping possibility. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, deep freezer) with open fireplace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and 1 sleeping possibility. Kitchenette (2 hotplates). Shower, sep. WC. Box-room. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only 1 dog accepted. Open fireplace in kitchen/living room which also provides heating. Shower in the basement (only for use in summer). Deposit: EUR 100.

Vysné Ruzbachy:
640 m. SpSpa town 640 m above sea level, Vysne Ruzbachy has 1100 inhabitants and is 37 km north of Poprad, 24 km from Tatranska Lomnice and 30 km from Stary Smokovec. Slovensky, protected area of natural beauty, is 50 km away. During the 17th century Vysne Ruzbachy was the destination of the privileged Polish and Hungarian tourist. Today it still is the main spa resort of Slovakia. Spa resort with 1100 inhabitants. Poprad 37 km. Tatranskß Lomnica 24 km. Starý Smokovec 30 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

Ski region Vysné Ruzbachy. 8 drag lifts. Cross country ski tracks. Further skiing: Tatranská Lomnice at 24 km, Starý Smokovec at 30 km.
