Description
Only 5 km from Rajecke Teplice. The house is situated on a transit road with little traffic. The owners daughter live on the same grounds without interfering. Country house, renovated in 2002, in the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: grounds 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Private: patio, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers 300 m, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 300 m. Swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, tennis 6 km, ski lift 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.

2-room house 51 m2, simple, practical and nice furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and cable-TV. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Arm chair bed (extra bed)

Resort, 5 km from Rajecke Teplice, 18 km from Zilina. All shops, restaurants etc. in Rajecke Teplice 5 km. Grocers, post office. Road 64 Zilina - Rajec - Kamenna Poruba. Kamenna is situated in the Zilinska kotlna region, on the border with Martinske hole. Mala Fatra and Velka Fatra nature parks 45 km. Javorniky 25 km. Many walks and bike trips. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Zilina (ILZ).

During summer time:
^A raft ride in the Strecno valley is well worth it - the most beautiful stretch of the longest Slovakian River Vah.
