Description
Blatnica 13 km from Turcianske Teplice: Modern, nice, comfortable holiday house, 2 storeys, built in 2003, in the resort. Private: park 550 m2 (fenced). In the house: central heating. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 8 km, tennis 5 km, ski lift, skisport facilities, ski school, cross-country ski trail 12 km, ice rink 18 km. In the park small lake with 3 seater: on balcony, by outdoor fireplace and the grill. Parking for 6 cars on the grounds. Bookings for 10 persons will have another small and comfortable annex for 2 persons. Ground floor: kitchen/living room, 16 m2 (4 hotplates, oven, microwave), fireplace, stairs to upstairs in the attic, shower/WC. 1st floor: 1 room with double bed, 20 m2. Electric heating. Low season: for the annex only reduction 60% (2 persons), for the big house only (9 persons) 20% discount.
Housing: 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels, practical and nice furnishings: entrance hall 12 m2,, exit to the garden. Living/dining room 25 m2, with open fireplace and satellite-TV. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). 2 sep. WCs. Top floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and TV. Living/dining room with bar. At disposal: resting room with sauna (infrared) and whirlpool bath. Washing and dryer on requests.
Turcianské Teplice: Spa resort with 6000 inhabitants, situated at 520 m of altitude, on the edge of a park. It is one of the oldest Spa resort in Slovakia. It is situated 22 km south from Martin, 32 km noth east of Banska Bystrica. Worth a visit the caves of Harmanecka Jaskyna 15 km, the small village of Kremnica with the castle 30 km away, Mosovce 8 km.
Activities: During summer time: Walking paths on the mountains of Velka and Mala Fatra, several possibilities for cylists in the nearby valleys: "Gaderska, Blatnicka, Zarnovicka, Raksianska dolina. Mushroom picking. During winter time: Ski regions: Jesenka and Vlcianska dolina 23-25 km, Sachticka and Donovaly 37-40 km suitable for advanced skiers too. Cremosna, 450 m longest skilift, 4 km. Cross country ski trail nearby. In the resort of Skalka 25 km there are fantastic trails for cross country.
