Description
Cingov-Kosiarny Briez. 10 km from Spiska Nova Ves: Small, nice, cosy holiday house .Katka., in a quiet, sunny position. Private: lawn sunning area 250 m2, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: central heating. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking, in the grounds. Grocers, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 3 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, tennis, ski lift 6 km, skisport facilities 22 km, ice rink 6 km. Please note: car essential. Energy costs over the first 100 Kwh to be paid locally between 15 Nov to 15 May

Housing:
3-room house 45 m2 on 2 levels, cosy furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2, with satellite-TV and radio. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, exit to the loggia. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Nice view of the forest. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Spisská Nová Ves:
City. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool. Kezmarok 30 km. Levoca 17 km. Poprad 25 km. A village at the border of the Slovakia paradise Slovensky raj. 90% of the area is forest. There are also waterfalls, grottos, lots of plants and wild animals. Kezmarok is an historical town with wooden churches and a castle. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

During summer time:
All watersports available in Rucín 5 km. Swimming pool. Water Park "Poprad" 22 km. Tennis. Riding. Paragliding. Walking path. Bicycles paths.
During winter time:
Ski region Plejsy 26 km. 1 chair lift, 8 drag lifts. 14 ski runs. Ski school. Cross country ski tracks. Further skiing: Cingov, Mlynky at 10 km, Hlincík at 11 km, Poprad-Brodok,Levocská dolina at 25 km.
