Modern detached house, 2 storeys, on the outskirts, in a sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn 400 m2 plants and trees, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 200 m. Ski lift 300 m, skisport facilities 3 km. Please note: car essential. Border with Czeck Republic and Poland 10 km

5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, practical and nice furnishings: living/dining room 36 m2, with open fireplace, satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and stereo unit, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Gallery. Shower/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Oscadnica:
Resort. All shops, restaurants etc. in Cadca 4 km. Indoor pool at 4 km. Zilina 30 km. This town is situated between the ridges of the Kysucke Beskydy, 30 km from the Polish border. Dedovka valley station for the Velka Raca-Oscadnica ski resort.Velka Raca is the highest mountain in the Kysucke Beskydy. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Zilina (ILZ).
