Description
Hajtovka is a picturesque village situated above the river Poprad; holiday house, 2 storeys, renovated in 2004, on the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: garden 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn, patio, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: central heating. Parking, in the grounds, individual garage. Grocers 200 m, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km. Indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 8 km, tennis 200 m, ski lift, ski school 8 km. In the village: tennis and volleyball courts (extra), fishing in the river Poprad. Open air museum and castle in Stara Lubovna, 12 km. Ski lifts 8 km from the property; 4 ski pistes 400 m long.

3-room house 80 m2 on 1st floor, nice furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2, with satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 3 beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Very nice panoramic view. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The fireplace is closed. The ground floor is unoccupied and the rest of the house is used by the guests.

640 m. SpSpa town 640 m above sea level, Vysne Ruzbachy has 1100 inhabitants and is 37 km north of Poprad, 24 km from Tatranska Lomnice and 30 km from Stary Smokovec. Slovensky, protected area of natural beauty, is 50 km away. During the 17th century Vysne Ruzbachy was the destination of the privileged Polish and Hungarian tourist. Today it still is the main spa resort of Slovakia. Spa resort with 1100 inhabitants. Poprad 37 km. Tatranskß Lomnica 24 km. Starý Smokovec 30 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE), Tatry/Poprad (TAT).

Ski region Vysné Ruzbachy. 8 drag lifts. Cross country ski tracks. Further skiing: Tatranská Lomnice at 24 km, Starý Smokovec at 30 km.
