Description
House, in the centre of Arestui. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocers, restaurant 8 km. Ski runs 30 km. House situated at an altitude of approx 1.400 m, in a great area for adventure sports. The park of Aiguees Tortes, and lake of San Mauricio, 30 km. Llavorsí, 8 km. Access via a local road which is tarmaced and in good conditions. Situated in a quiet sunny place which is ideal for nature lovers and situated in a typical small village. Río, 300m.

Housing:
4-room house 108 m2 on 3 levels, simple furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and radio. Kitchenette (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). 2nd upper floor: 1 room, without window, with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace 16 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the mountains and the resort. On the lower floor: shed with firewood. 2nd floor: sloping ceilings and parquet floors. The room with a double bed has a coat stand and clothes´ rack. The house has stone walls.

Arestui:
1247 m. Small hamlet with 20 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, 8 km from Llavorsí, 240 km north-west from Barcelona, 140 km north-east from Leida. All shops, restaurants etc. in Sort 20 km. Access: access via a road. Access by train AVE Madrid-Atocha - Zaragoza - Lleida. Baqueira-Beret 50 km. P.N. Aigües Tortes 30 km. Lago Sant Maurici 30 km. Places of interest, church of St jaume with beautiful panoramic views of the valley. Baiasca, the older beautiful romantic paintings of Catalunya. Llavorsi, Fiesta 26th July, competition of sheepard dogs. International rock-pop festivalin height of (July). For arrivals by plane: airport Barcelona-Prat Llob. (BCN) 240 km.
