House 600 m from the centre of St Carles de la Ràpita, 100 m from the sea. Private: grounds 200 m2, outside shower, terrace (25 m2), barbecue. Individual garage. Grocers 500 m, restaurant 60 m. Sandy beach 300 m. Please note: main road 70 m from the property. Access to the beach over the main road.

4-room house 80 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with 1 bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine.

Alcanar:
Village, in the south-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 80 km south from Tarragona, 190 km south-west from Barcelona, 8 km from St Carles de la Ràpita. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Access: access via a good road. Railway station Vinarós 8 km. Tortosa 35 km. Penyíscola 16 km. Vinarós 8 km. Natural park del Delta del Ebro 5 km, famous for its wildlife (especially birds) and its large rice fields. The local food is varied, with seafood and fish along the coast and meats and barbeques in the mountains. Boat trips down the river Ebro to where the river meets the sea. For arrivals by plane: airport Barcelona-Prat Llob. (BCN) 180 km.
