House, built in 1999 60 m from the centre of El Rompido. Private: garden 60 m2 with lawn, arbour (6 m2), garden furniture. Parking. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 60 m. Sandy beach 1.5 km, golf course 2 km. The house is situated in natural grounds, 30 m from a Ría, which is similar to a river delta. Sports club and nautical club in the area. Ideal area for fishing and water sports. Portugal, 40 km.

4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room 35 m2, with open fireplace, cable-TV and radio. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 pull-out bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Balcony 6 m2. Terrace 6 m2. Deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Electric radiators. Access to the upper floor via 14 steps. Sloping ceilings on the upper floor. The room with a double bed has access to a small living room.

El Rompido:
Small fishing village with 500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 20 km south from Huelva, 80 km from Parque Natural de Doñana, 30 km from Frontera portuguesa. All shops, restaurants etc. in Huelva 20 km. Access: access via a good road. Railway station Huelva. Playas del Algarve 70 km. Sevilla 130 km. Town situated at the mouth of the river Piedras. Near the Paraje Natural de las Marismas del rio Piedras and the coastal spire of El Rompido, which stretches over 2.530 hectares and has a rich underwater flora and fauna. Very good conditions for water sports. The quality and freshness of the fish and shellfish has made the fishing harbour a centre for local cuisine of the highest calibre. For arrivals by plane: airport Sevilla (SVQ) 140 km, El Faro (Portugal) (FAO) 70 km.
