Rustic farm Sa Bassa Crua, surrounded by fields 14 km from the centre of Llucmajor, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: grounds 105 ha, swimming pool (15 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.), slide, outside shower, garden furniture. Parking, in the grounds. Shopping centre 4 km, bus stop 1.5 km. Sandy beach 8 km, rocky beach 4.5 km, golf course 15 km. Country holiday estate on an organic farm with pine trees, cereal fields, almond trees and animals (sheep and hens). Made up of the main house and 4 additional houses. Swimming pool with diving board. Lawned terrace (1500 m2) with palms, quiet area, loungers. Playground, small basketball net, stone tables. Iron and ironing board can be hired; wood extra. Free clean and linen change for stays of 1 week minimum.The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.

2-room terraced house 50 m2: living/dining room 22 m2, with TV. 1 room 11 m2, with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (micro wave). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 20 m2, partly covered. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced. An extra bed is possible (5.000 ptas/per week). Typical Mallorquian furnishings. This house is terraced to the house reference E8125/101.
Llucmajor:
Cosy resort, in the southern part of the island, 20 km south-east from Palma de Mallorca. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: access via a good road. Bus service. Mar 12 km. At the foot of Puig de Randa, it is one of the main town of Mallorca. Internationally known for its shoe industry. Sightseeing: the prehistoric village of Capocorb, one of the most valuable of the island. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) 15 km.
