Private: garden 300 m2 lawn, orchard, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.04.-30.09.), outside shower, arbour (50 m2), garden furniture. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 2 km. Indoor swimming pool 5 km, sandy beach 17 km, tennis, golf course 5 km.The pool is open from 01.04 to 30.09.

4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, practical furnishings: living/dining room 45 m2, with open fireplace, TV and radio. Open kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Sep. WC. Top floor: sep. WC. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. (The kitchen is separated from the living room by an archway). The 1st floor has sloping ceilings. 2 electric radiators. 75 litre boiler. 1 WC/shower outside.

Cosy resort, in the eastern part of the island, 55 km east from Palma de Mallorca, 10 km from Porto Cristo. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, attractions. Access: access via a good road. Playa Cala Millor 13 km. Golf Pula Golf 15 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) 45 km.
