Description
Villa Caldeviñas is situated in a small group of contained houses in a very quiet place. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Perbes. For shared use: grounds 3000 m2, trees, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Grocers 600 m, supermarket, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station 2 km. Sandy beach 4 km. Distant view of the sea. Sale of organically cultivated products.

4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, renovated: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed. Kitchen (oven). Sep. WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: living room with satellite-TV, video and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. Heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only small pets accepted. Next to the house there is a rustic room with a small window, fireplace, 20 m2, with a separate entrance and an entrance from within the house. The house has a small library with books in all languages.

Perbes:
Quiet resort with 700 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, 28 km east from A Coruña, 25 km south from O Ferrol, 75 km north from Santiago de Compostela. All shops, restaurants etc. in A Coruña 28 km. Access: access via a road. Betanzos 14 km. Situated on the beautiful coast of Las Rias Altas, with 3 fine sandy beaches. Magnificient views on the La Ria de Ares-Betanzos. For arrivals by plane: airport A Coruña (LCG) 30 km.
