Description
Holiday complex Son Park. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, 01.05.-30.10.), paddling pool. In the house: laundry (extra). Room cleaning daily (extra). Parking. Shop, restaurant 200 m. Sandy beach 200 m, tennis, golf course 500 m. The beach is reached via steps. Billiard table.The pool is open from 01.05 to 30.10.

Housing:
3-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.) and separate WC, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace 12 m2. One of the beds in the twin room has a concrete bedframe, 0.8 x 1.8 m. Magnificent sea views from the double room.

S Parc Golf:
Small resort, in the north-eastern part of the island, 17 km north from Mahón, 11 km from Fornells. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. This village is part of the borough of Mercadal. In the Son Parc Golf complex there is the only golf course of the island together with a large beach, woods, shopping centre, bus stop. An excellent residential area. For arrivals by plane: airport Mahón (MAH) 20 km.
