Es Canar: Group of terraced houses. 600 m from the centre of Es canar, 3 km from the centre of Sta. Eulŕria des Riu. Private: garden 100 m2 (fenced). Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road). Parking, in the grounds. Shop 700 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bus stop 700 m. Swimming pool 700 m, sandy beach 800 m. The beaches closest (800 m) are Es Cana or Cala Martina. The restaurant organises parties.

Housing:
3-room terraced house 60 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, open fireplace, CD-player and electric heater, exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed and electric heater. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Terrace 10 m2, covered. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 2 year olds. 75 litre boiler. Sun terrace 30 m2.

Sant Carles:
Small village with 60 inhabitants, in the northern part of the island, 25 km north from Ibiza. All shops, restaurants etc. in Santa Eulŕria 6 km. Access: access via a good road. Lovely beaches such as Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and many others. Inland it is possible to visit the cave Es Cuyeram and the Sierra de la Mola. For arrivals by plane: airport Ibiza (IBZ) 35 km.
