Cottage with pool for 6 persons in Rebollar (Spain)

Description
House 3 km from the centre of Rebollar, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden 2000 m2 with lawn 150 m2, swimming pool (01.06.-30.09.), arbour (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Grocers 3 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 1 km. Ski runs 70 km. Childrens play area in the grounds. Rio, 1.6 km. The swimming pool is round, approx 6 m in diameter.The pool is open from 01.06 to 30.09.

Housing:
4-room house 180 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room 30 m2, with open fireplace, TV and radio. Kitchen (micro wave, deep freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is a pantry on the lower floor. Access to the gallery via the bedroom with double bed. In the 2 bedrooms with double bed on the 1st floor there is airconditioning. Water boiler with a 100 lt capacity.

Rebollar:
622 m. Quiet resort with 250 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, 10 km south-west from Cabezuela del Valle, 40 km north-west from Plasencia, 85 km south-west from Béjar. Supermarket, shops, bar. Access: access via a road. Railway station Béjar. Relax under the slopes to the right of the Jerte valley, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the prairie which stretch to the river, as well as neighbouring towns of Valdastillas and Casas del Castanar, and exceptional countryside. Ideal area for discovering the Ceburnal peak (1589 m), with easy access and from where the Ambroz and Jerte valleys are divided. Fiestas: 25 November, fiesta de Santa Catalina, 24 january, fiesta de Santa Teresa. For arrivals by plane: airport Madrid Barajas (MAD).
