Description
Terraced house, outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Ciutadella. For shared use: swimming pool with built-in steps (9 x 5 m), outside shower. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Grocers, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 150 m. Swimming pool 50 m, sandy beach 250 m. Tennis, 400 m (extra).The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.

Housing:
3-room terraced house 65 m2, practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, TV, video, radio and CD-player, exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (deep freezer) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC. Patio 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine.

Ciutadella:
Cosy resort with 15000 inhabitants, in the western part of the island, 45 km west from Mahón. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: access via a good road. Naveta de Tudons 4 km. Village known for its charm and tradition. There is a nice harbour together with te old village with small alleys and the cathedral. The popular fiesta of Sant Joan (24 June) with many games and activities dated back to the medieval times. In the surroundings there are many beaches: Cala Sandandria, the Algayarens, Cala Blanca and Cala Blanes. For arrivals by plane: airport Mahón (MAH) 45 km.
