House, in the centre 32 km from the centre of Potes, 75 km from the centre of Santander, in a sunny position. Public parking on the road. Grocers 3 km. The rustic house has been completely renovated. Bar-restaurant-bakery is 1.5 km. Picos de Europa 30 km. Ideal position for relaxation. Sandy beach La Franca and Pechon 15 km. San Vicente de la Barquera 25 km.

5-room house 130 m2 on 3 levels, rustic and furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with open fireplace. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: living room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and TV. Panoramic view of and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. On the ground floor there is a terrace at the entrance with benches and on the 1st floor there is a covered terrace of 6 m2. The attic room is very sunny, with wooden ceilings and beams. Stereo system (CD, records and radio). Hair dryer and iron. Central heating and hot water. Some stone walls. Wooden ceilings and staircases. The house faces south.

Casamaría:
Small village with 100 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, 80 km south-west from Santander, 25 km south-east from S.Vicente de la Barquera. All shops, restaurants etc. in S. Vicente Barquera 25 km. Access: access via a good road. Railway station Unquera. Picos de Europa 30 km. Lagos de Covadonga 60 km. Potes 32 km. Area belonging to the Herrerias town council, on the border with Asturias. Nearby, you can visit many cultural and tourist areas: Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Covadonga. Local fiesta de Sta Maria.
