Description
House 700 m from the centre of Soto la Marina, 8 km from the centre of Santander. Private: grounds 1800 m2 with lawn, natural garden, outside shower. Stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocers 700 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 50 m. Sandy beach 5 km. Wooden built house at 30 m from the road that crosses the village. Sandy beach at San Juan de Lacanal, 2 km. Access to the house via a partial slope.

Housing:
2-room house 90 m2, rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, TV, radio, CD-player and electric heater. 1 room with 1 double bed and electric heater. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Terrace 12 m2, covered. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Slightly sloping walls. Wooden floors and ceilings. Iron and ironing board. Video camera on the door to the garden.

Soto La Marina:
Small village with 1500 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, 8 km west from Santander, 23 km east from Santillana del Mar, 60 km east from S. Vicente de la Barquera. Supermarket, shops, bar. Access: access via a road. Railway station Santander. Playas de arena 2 km. Picos de Europa 105 km. In Santander, to note: El Sardinero (famous residential area with wonderful buildings), the Magdalena palace, the cathedral etc. From Sot la Marina, it is possible to take trips into the Picos de Europa (Potes etc). For arrivals by plane: airport Santander (SDR), Bilbao (BIO).
