Private: grounds 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2, swimming pool with built-in steps (12 x 6 m, 01.05.-30.09.), arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. (100 m via unmade road). Parking, in the grounds. Sandy beach 60 km, tennis 1 km, golf course 10 km. Centre of Olivares, bus stop, restaurants, grocers, 1.5 km.The pool is open from 01.05 to 30.09.
Housing: 4-room house 65 m2, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, TV and radio, exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 small room 7 m2, without wardro, with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (micro wave, deep freezer). Hip bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced (2 cars). Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The bedroom with double bed is small and does not have a wardrobe.
Sevilla: 169 m. Cosy resort with 8600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, in a convenient position, 15 km west from Sevilla, 70 km from playas de arena. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Access: access via a good road. Access by train Madrid - Córdoba - Sevilla. Railway station Sevilla (Sta. Justa) 15 m. Bus service. Huelva 90 km. Town which stretches over ground irrigated by the river Guadimar, with large olive groves and vineyards. The town has some monuments of interest such as the golegiata de Santa Maria, the Palacio Ducal and the chapel of Vera Cruz. For arrivals by plane: airport Sevilla (San Pablo) (SVQ) 30 km.
