Description
Country house, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of St. Carles. Private: grounds 6000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 190 cm, 01.05.-30.10.), outside shower, terrace (90 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Covered parking. Grocers 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m. Sandy beach 900 m, rocky beach, tennis 500 m, golf course 15 km. Cala Mastella, 900 m. Cala Llenya, 1.100 m. Cala Nova, 2.000 m. Access to the house via 3 steps.The pool is open from 01.05 to 30.10.

Housing:
4-room house 170 m2: large living/dining room with open fireplace, TV and satellite-TV, exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm), air-conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and air-conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm), shower/WC and air-conditioning. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Sun terrace, approx 100 m2.

Sant Carles:
Small village with 60 inhabitants, in the northern part of the island, 25 km north from Ibiza. All shops, restaurants etc. in Santa Eulària 6 km. Access: access via a good road. Lovely beaches such as Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and many others. Inland it is possible to visit the cave Es Cuyeram and the Sierra de la Mola. For arrivals by plane: airport Ibiza (IBZ) 35 km.
