Private: grounds 15000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool with built-in steps (9 x 4 m, 01.04.-30.10.), terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 3.5 km. Sandy beach 10 km.The pool is open from 01.04 to 30.10.
Housing: 4-room house 120 m2: living/dining room 35 m2, with satellite-TV, radio and CD-player. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Table tennis table is available.
Felanitx: Cosy resort, in the eastern part of the island, 50 km east from Palma de Mallorca, 13 km from Porto Colom. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Sandy beach of Porto Colom, with all kind of services. Sightseeing: Puig de San Salvador, the hoghest point of the borough with lovely views, the Castillo de Santueri. Sunday market. Typical of the area: pearls, pottery, embroidery. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) 40 km.
