Description
Typical Mallorquian house. House Can Tiona, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: natural garden 2 ha, garden furniture. Parking. Supermarket 1.5 km. Andratx, restaurant, grocers 1.5 km. Sant Elm beach 6 km. Port dAndratx 5 km. Cap de Mar beach 6 km. Andratx harbour 5 km. Access via an unmade road 200 m.

Housing:
3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with satellite-TV and stereo unit. Kitchen (oven, micro wave) with dining table. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Nice view of the mountains. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. ,You access the bedroom with the 105 cm sofa bed, via another bedroom. There is only a small window in this room. All rooms have ceiling fans.

Andratx:
Small resort, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 30 km west from Palma de Mallorca, 5 km south from Port dAndratx, 5 km south from Castell de Sant Elm. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Bus service. Situated opposite the island of Dragonera of great enviromental value. For arrivals by plane: airport Palma de Mallorca (PMI) 35 km.
