Old stone house, dated back to approx 1523, which has been restored in keeping with its original aspects, joined to another house by a outdoor wall. Situated in the rural and agricultural area of Santa Maria. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Grandas de Salime, 62 km from the centre of Navia. Private: garden 150 m2 with trees, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 1.5 km. Swimming pool 1.5 km. Sandy beach at Santa Gadea and Penarronda,60 km. Situated in a quiet and sunny place.
Housing:
3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room 15 m2, with 1 sofa bed, TV, satellite-TV and radio. Open kitchen (micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Oil heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Parquet floors. 1st floor has sloping ceilings, the bedroom walls are partly open towards the top part.
Grandas De Salime:
Quiet resort with 1500 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, 48 km south from Navia, 150 km west from Oviedo, 90 km east from Lugo. Supermarket, shops, bar. Access: access via a road. Railway station Naula. Playa de arena 50 km. Embalse Salime 4 km. Sandy beach 50 km. River beach, Salime reservoir 4 km, where you can find water sports and its hydroelectric dam should be visited. There are boat trips in El Salto and in La Casia which link with the other side of the reservoir (to Villarpedre) and where you can see the hidden towns. In Grandas it is possible to see the noble civil buildings (18th century), Etnografico museum, church. Public swimming pool, Parque Municipal de Toural, with many plants and flowers. For arrivals by plane: airport Asturias (OVD), La Coruna (LCG), Santiago de Compostela (SCQ).
