Sandy beach 25 km, tennis 2 km, golf course 30 km, skisport facilities 50 km. Magnificent panoramic views of the Sierra del Aramo. Oviedo, 26 km. Rio Narcea, 10 km, which is also great for salmon fishing!

4-room house 106 m2 on 2 levels, rustic furnishings: living/dining room 45 m2, with 2 fold-away beds, open fireplace and TV, exit to the garden, to the terrace. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Living room with open fireplace. Kitchen (micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Balcony 3 m2. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Access to the 1st floor via 11 steps. Very good quality, antique furniture. Very nice furnishings with period decor. Natural stone walls and wooden beams. Gas stoves and electric radiators.
Grado:
Small resort with 12000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, 26 km north-west from Oviedo, 44 km south-west from Gijón, 25 km south from Avilés. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Access: access via a good road. Picos de Europa 50 km. Lagos de Covadonga 50 km. Santander 250 km. Parque Natural de los Picos de Europa and Lagos de Covadonga. It is possible to take interesting routes across this area (La Granda mountain range, Tolinas etc). Fishing in the river Narcea. Pot holing, mountain sports and horseriding trips. Tourist visits: the historical palace of Miranda Valdearzana and the Dolores chapel, the Palacio de la Marquesa de Fontela, the Iglesia de San Pedro, teh Etnografico Museum. For arrivals by plane: airport Asturias (OVD), Santander (SDR).
