Detached house, in the resort. Private: grounds 1800 m2, garden 600 m2, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 15.06.-15.09.), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table-tennis. Individual garage. Supermarket, restaurant 1 km. Tennis 5 km, ski runs 25 km. Centre, 1 km. Train station, approx 700 m. Swimming pool with hydromassage and a wave machine. Exceptional view of the sierra de Guadarrama.The pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09.

The double sofa bed in the loft is for suitable for children under 12. Sloping ceilings. Central heating. Washing machine.

1103 m. Quiet village with 300 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, 10 km north from Segovia, 100 km west from Avila, 120 km north-west from Madrid. All shops, restaurants etc. in Segovia 10 km. Access: access via a road. Railway station Segovia. Monasterio Escorial 70 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Madrid-Barajas (MAD) 95 km.
