Private: grounds 650 m2 (fenced), orchard, arbour (12 m2), barbecue. Parking. Supermarket, restaurant 4.5 km. Annexe of 16 m2 with a barbecue with corresponding furniture, 1 washing machine and 1 dishwasher. The swimming pool is for shared use for the 2 houses.The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.
Housing:
4-room house 69 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV, air-conditioning and warm air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: gallery with 1 double bed. Deck chairs. Wooden Canadian style building.
Moratalla:
Farming village, in the north-western part of the region, in a convenient position, 60 km north-west from Murcia, 135 km from Albacete. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Access: access via a good road. Railway station Caravaca 10 km. Caravaca 10 km. Playa de Mazarrón 60 km. Many leisure activities: hiking, caves, visits to cave paintings, prehistoric towns, volcano remains, roman churches, Caravaca castle etc. Bicycle hire, horseriding. Festivals: Hogueras de San Juan (23 June). For arrivals by plane: airport Murcia (MJV), Alicante (ALC), Almeria (LEI).
