Sant Carles 2 km from: House, built in 1903, renovated in 2003, outside the resort, in the green. Private: grounds 60000 m2 (fenced), garden 200 m2, orchard. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Individual garage. Grocers 200 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 100 m. Sandy beach, rocky beach 1.5 km.

3-room house 125 m2, fully renovated in 2003, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Oil heating. Terrace 20 m2. Porch 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Fans (floorstanding) in all bedrooms. Lounge with bar.

Sant Carles:
Small village with 60 inhabitants, in the northern part of the island, 25 km north from Ibiza. All shops, restaurants etc. in Santa Eulària 6 km. Access: access via a good road. Lovely beaches such as Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and many others. Inland it is possible to visit the cave Es Cuyeram and the Sierra de la Mola. For arrivals by plane: airport Ibiza (IBZ) 35 km.
