Description
House, in the district of Canselades Park, on a slope. Private: garden 1100 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped, with built-in steps (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Supermarket, restaurant 3 km. Sandy beach 4 km, golf course 1.5 km.The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.

Housing:
7-room house 160 m2 on 2 levels, simple furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV, exit to the veranda. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom with bath/WC. Kitchen (dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor (outdoor steps): living room. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (2 hotplates) with bar. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced.

Jávea:
Well-known resort with 28000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. Shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Access: access via a good road. Railway station Gata de Gorgos 9 km. Bus service. Altea 40 km. Denia 9 km. Calpe 30 km. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed. For arrivals by plane: airport Valencia-Manises (VLC) 120 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 100 km.
