Description
Nice house Casa Hahn, in the district of Cap Marti. Private: nice, well-kept garden 1100 m2 (fenced) with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool with privacy, with built-in steps (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.). In the house: central heating, burglar alarm. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning weekly (included). Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 100 m. Sandy beach 3 km.The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.

4-room house 135 m2, comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room with swedish stove, satellite-TV and stereo unit, exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Garage.

Jávea:
Well-known resort with 28000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. Shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Access: access via a good road. Railway station Gata de Gorgos 9 km. Bus service. Altea 40 km. Denia 9 km. Calpe 30 km. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed. For arrivals by plane: airport Valencia-Manises (VLC) 120 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 100 km.
