Description
House, in the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: grounds 1280 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool with built-in steps (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.), outside shower. In the house: central heating. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km. Sandy beach 7 km, golf course 4.5 km.The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.

Kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Large terrace. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Nice panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Garage.

Jávea:
Well-known resort with 28000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. Shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Access: access via a good road. Railway station Gata de Gorgos 9 km. Bus service. Altea 40 km. Denia 9 km. Calpe 30 km. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed. For arrivals by plane: airport Valencia-Manises (VLC) 120 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 100 km.
