3-room terraced house 75 m2 on 3 levels, fully renovated in 2003, practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, deep freezer) with dining table. Upper floor: open lounge, exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Electric heating. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Garage. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Ceran hob in kitchen.
Alas:
Small, cosy mountain village with 407 inhabitants, in the northern part of the peninsula, 170 km north-west from Barcelona, 45 km west from Puigcerdà, 25 km south from Andorra. All shops, restaurants etc. in La Seu dUrgell 6 km. Access: road 260 Puigcerdà - Seu dUrgell. Access via a road. For arrivals by plane: airport Barcelona (BCN), Gerona (GRO), Perpignan (PGF), Reus (REU).

Ski region Grand Valira (Encamp) 32 km, from 1710 m. 1 cable car, 3 cable cabins, 28 chair lifts, 17 drag lifts, 9 childrens ski lifts. 110 ski runs, total length 193 km (45 % easy, 29 % intermediate, 21 % difficult), snowboard piste, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, childrens ski school, ski kindergarten. Further skiing: La Molina at 46 km, Masella at 42 km, Soldeu-El Tarter at 44 km. |
