Country house 5 km from the centre of St. Eulària, 12 km from the centre of Ibiza, outside the resort. Private: grounds 15000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 5 m, 01.06.-30.09.), patio (100 m2), arbour (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Restaurant 200 m. Sandy beach 5 km. All services and the shared swimming pool (extra) at Sta. Eularia, 5 km. The house is situated 200 m from the main road Ibiza-San Joan. Grounds are partly cultivated.The pool is open from 01.06 to 30.09.
Housing:
4-room house 120 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room 35 m2, with open fireplace, TV, satellite-TV and radio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room, without wardro, with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC, shower. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced. 2 gas and 1 electric heater. 2 bicycles. The shower/WC is situated next to the house.
St Joan:
Cosy resort with 4000 inhabitants in the interior of the island, 30 km north from Ibiza. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment. Access: access via a good road. The whole area is steep and wooded. In the north there is Portinatx bay and other sandy and shingles bays. Worth a visit are the caves of Culleram. For arrivals by plane: airport Ibiza (IBZ) 30 km.
