House Can Fulgencio II 2.4 km from the centre of Sant Carles, 3 km from the centre of Es Canar, 6 km from the centre of Sta. Eulària del Riu. Private: grounds 75 ha, garden 125 m2 with plants and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 15.04.-30.10.), outside shower. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Grocers, restaurant 2.4 km, bus stop 900 m. Swimming pool 3 km, sandy beach 2.8 km, tennis 500 m. Part of the 75 ha. of grounds are cultivated or wooded. Closest beaches at Cala Nova and Cala Llenya, approx 2.8 km.The pool is open from 15.04 to 30.10.

Sant Carles:
Small village with 60 inhabitants, in the northern part of the island, 25 km north from Ibiza. All shops, restaurants etc. in Santa Eulària 6 km. Access: access via a good road. Lovely beaches such as Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and many others. Inland it is possible to visit the cave Es Cuyeram and the Sierra de la Mola. For arrivals by plane: airport Ibiza (IBZ) 35 km.
