Cottage with pool for 6 persons in Cala Vedella (Spain)

Description
House 8 km from the centre of Sant Josep, 10 km from the centre of Sant Antoni, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Cala Vedella. Private: grounds 1500 m2 (fenced), garden 200 m2 with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 9 m, 01.04.-30.10.), outside shower, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Shop 1.5 km, grocers 400 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 400 m. Sandy beach 1.5 km, tennis 500 m. The grounds consist of, rock gardens and tropical gardens. The terrace is paved. Boats and cars can be hired at Cala Vedella and water sports can be arranged.The pool is open from 01.04 to 30.10.

4-room house 140 m2, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds, bath/WC and electric heater. 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and electric heater. 1 room with 1 double bed and electric heater. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer) with hatch. Bath/WC. Terrace 22 m2, covered. Deck chairs (8). Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Satellite TV connection. The house is suitable for clients using a wheelchair and the bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom has been remodelled to suit. NOTE: 4 extra people can be accomodated on the ground floor with access via a separate entrance from outdoors. Living room with a double sofa bed. Kitchenette (electric hotplates, fridge). 1 twin bedroom. Shower/WC, which is suitable for clients in a wheelchair. Terrace, approx 15 m2. View of the Colina den Real hills. Extra, to be paid locally (500 EUR/4 people/week) and only on request.

Cala Vedella:
Small resort, in the south-western part of the island, 25 km west from Ibiza. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Sant Josep 8 km. All water sport available, boat trips, diving, sailing, windsurfing and tennis. Numerous excursion possible. Small bays with fine sand, ideal for small children. Best view point Sa Talaia with wonderful view of Formentera For arrivals by plane: airport Ibiza (IBZ) 25 km.
