Description
Country house 700 m from the centre of Sant Climent, 5 km from the centre of Maó, in a secluded, sunny position. Private: grounds 6000 m2, garden 2000 m2 with lawn, plants and trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, 01.05.-30.10.), patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 700 m. Sandy beach 4 km. The closest beaches are Escornotell 4 km and Calan Porter 7 km. The house is a typical Menorquian building. A part of the grounds is dedicated to growing crops. The swimming pool is located 50 m from the house.The pool is open from 01.05 to 30.10.

6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels, simple furnishings: large living/dining room with sloping ceilings with open fireplace and heater, exit to the garden. 1 room, without wardro, with 2 beds and heater. 1 room, without wardro, with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, deep freezer). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC, exit to the terrace. Terrace 18 m2. Nice view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking, fenced. Iron. Solar panels. 2 electric radiators.

Sant Climent:
Small resort with 650 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the island, 5 km west from Mahón. All shops, restaurants etc. in Mahón 4 km. Access: access via a good road. In Mahon one can visit, among other things, the natural ahrbour, the Archeological Museum of Arts, The House of Culture with several collections of past civilisations. The church of Santa Maria with the wonderful baroque organ and each Summer hosts of International Festival. For arrivals by plane: airport Mahón (MAH) 1 km.
