Cottage for 6 persons in Cala'n Porte (Spain)

Description
House Fí del Mon, on the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Calan Porter, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 150 m. Sandy beach 500 m, rocky beach 150 m. There is a disco in a grotto, approx 300 m. The house is situated on the cliffs and has been constructed out of stone on the 1st line to the sea.

Housing:
5-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels, very simple furnishings: living room 21 m2, with 1 sofa bed (120 cm). Dining room 16 m2,, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room, without wardro, with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace 30 m2, partly covered. Nice view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Solar pannels. Sun roof, approx 20 m2. > PLEASE NOTE: the upper floor twin bedroom has access to the bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds and the shower/bidet/WC is between both rooms.

Calan Porte:
Small resort, in the southern part of the island, 12 km west from Mahón. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Ciutadella 40 km. Part of Les Cales Coves which represent one of the most picturesque places of the island. In the area there is a necropolis of the Iron Age with approx 40 caves carved in the rocks. For arrivals by plane: airport Mahón (MAH) 6 km.
