Private: grounds 50 ha with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Uneven, steep motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Grocers, restaurant 2.5 km. Sandy beach 3 km. The closest beaches (3 km) are Cala Nova and Cala Llenya. The grounds have an area dedicated to growing crops. Outside shower/WC.The pool is open from 01.01 to 31.12.

Sant Carles: Small village with 60 inhabitants, in the northern part of the island, 25 km north from Ibiza. All shops, restaurants etc. in Santa Eulària 6 km. Access: access via a good road. Lovely beaches such as Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and many others. Inland it is possible to visit the cave Es Cuyeram and the Sierra de la Mola. For arrivals by plane: airport Ibiza (IBZ) 35 km.
